Returns

If your item is eligible for return (less than 30 days from delivery), click Start a Return to submit a return request through your customer account using the email address you used at checkout.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item or size, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please use our Report an Order Issue form so we can review it and make it right.

Final Sale

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

International Orders

All international orders are final sale. Because return shipping across borders is slow and costly, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the United States, including for size, fit, or change of mind. Please review our sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

This does not change our responsibility for our own mistakes. If your international order arrives with the wrong item, a missing item, or a damaged or defective product, email us at shop@teamrwb.org within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you, with nothing to send back.
