Next time wrapping it in bubble wrap and maybe putting it in a box would be nice. I paid 10 dollars for shipping and handling all for my cutting board to arrive with a chip in it and a few scratches. I will sand it down and still use it but I just wanted to bring attention to the fact that simply putting it in a mailing bag is not enough.
These carriers are not careful enough with people's property so there should have been more measures taken to make sure the item can arrive in one piece and handle a rough and careless shipping and handling service.
